Great staff, food service was just right, not rushed but not left waiting and the food was gorgeous

Myself and my children visited Planet Hollywood London for our meal and it was fantastic. We did the 25 minute walk from The London Eye area and it was well worth it. The atmosphere was great, fun and friendly. We walked around the restaurant in between courses taking photos of all the wonderful memorabilia, there even a storm trooper going up the escalator and walking around. We sang our hearts out to some of the music that was playing 'Hey Baby' (along with most of the restaurant). The staff are amazing, always smiling and so helpful. Big shout out to the chefs as the food was perfect, plentiful, cooked to perfection, piping hot and served very quickly but be warned the desserts are HUGE, we chose a 'share' dessert and couldn't get through it all (4 of us). The food and drink prices are excellent, we also checked out the menu at home when booking online. We will be returning soon :)

The atmosphere was fab and the waiters who served us were wonderful with my son ..singing happy birthday and putting his name on tv screen.

I had booked that in advance but I had to ask them on day.

With regards to food it was bogstandard pub grub. I think the portion of pepper sauce with steak was too small. (Most places you get a small jug)..and the kids meal didnt have any peas or side which again was unusual.

Overall the atmosphere and the memoribilia are what makes the place and of course the personal service of the staff.

If you can get little basics on the food right then you will improve the overall dining experience.

Thought it would be really busy as it was a Sunday lunch time but had booked well in advance and it wasn't too bad. Nice booths. Great choice of menu and reasonably priced, however drinks are expensive as with most restaurants. Wasn't impressed with the statutory 12.5% service charge that was added to the bill of approx. £17. Could understand if we were a large party but there was only 5 of us and we only had a main course and drinks. Service was quick, food was tasty. Entertainment on the screens of film clips and songs, great for small children, especially when the internal camera goes round the restaurant focusing on tables.

It was a treat as we were in London for a show also. Would consider it again.

Very Friendly and accommodating Staff. Food was excellent. My children loved the burgers. I had the chicken Fajitas. They were divine. Very large portions. The children were unable to eat dessert after. Highly recommend

Os menus turísticos deviam ter mais opções. Gostei da comida. Mas o que gostei mais foi ter profissionais que eram portugueses, para nos ajudar na nossa escolha, foram muito eficientes e simpáticos

had a great meal at planet Hollywood, (Mac- attack burger) wonderful!! And fish and chips, lovely thick vanilla milkshake aswell
There was loads of film memorabilia dotted around the restaurant you had to go and look round the whole place as its quite large with more movie stuff upstairs, especially liked the hand prints from movie stars etched in glass or resin, which let you compare hand sizes
With your own, e.g surprised that Arnie’s hands were tiny compared to the rest of him!
All in all good experience, we ate fairly earlier at 4pm and so was not very busy, and service was ok, but i think when it gets busier there may be some wait for items.
    Would recommend, especially that burger!
