Lights are a bit dim to enjoy the presentation of the food but the taste was incredible. Favourite would definitely go to the lamb followed by the mangalitza pork loin.

Having evolved from a South Bank-based food truck into a sprawling East London restaurant, Pitt Cue is home to some of London’s most celebrated barbecue food, along with signature Cue cocktails. This industrial-style space is filled with bare brick, weathered wood and exposed pipes, and there is also a Pitt Cue brewery on site.

Known for the most tender meats around and incredible sides, the Pitt Cue menu features dishes like smoked featherblade with carrot purée, cured jowl, and onglet with oyster mushrooms. The famous bone marrow mash features on the sides list, as well as cauliflower with green peppercorns. The menu changes with the seasons, and there are always specials on the chalkboard.

The lengthy drinks list at Pitt Cue near Liverpool Street features a mix of local and further afield beers, plus a rotating list from the in-house Alphabeta brewery. Heady re-workings of classic cocktails include the Sgt Pepper, and a bourbon sour.

A high-energy restaurant in the City, guests can also enjoy views of chef-mastery at work in the open kitchen at Pitt Cue in London. Liverpool Street Station is a 3-minute walk away.

Overall experience was good. The drinks were extraordinary! The bone marrow sourdough was satisfying, food was great overall. I'd call it comfort food. The only thing we were not entirely sure about is that the kale and artichoke salad only came with one small piece of artichoke, which was ashamed. But that's about it. Planning to go again anyway!

My favourite meat restaurant. Fourth visit didn't change that. My friends were amazed.

Absolutely spectacular dining experience from the minute we walked in, to the minute we walked out. Very friendly and knowledgable staff combined with phenomenal food and great drinks is a winning combination. We went during the break between Christmas and New Year, so it was a little quieter but the ambience was still very nice - will come back again with more people for sure.

Had a great experience. Staff excelllent, great perception of our required level of interaction.

Chef explained the range of meats and suggested he provided a mixed selection, including pieces of the wonderful Mangelitsa pork.

Too crowded and noisy, with almost nothing that covered sound. We were never asked how well done we would like the meat, and it was raw, witch one liked, and the other not at all. The wine was not suitable for the meal, and the staff did not give any good recommandations. It seemed like they did not know much about neither the food or the wine.

food amazing and simple with little twists that really brought up the flavours. However the service on table was so and so although head of service was very friendly and efficient.

Wanted the ribs however at 8.50 per 100grams and only being able to order 1kg - 85 £ for two people for ribs at lunched time seemed ‘ridiculous’ was one of the comments from my Lortuguese colleague. An alternative option would be good . Otherwise a pleasant time - staff were attentive, cider was great.
