Delicious food, they forgot our order but we're very apologetic to us and we didn't mind as it was actually nice to have a little break between dishes

A short stroll from the famous piazza, Ping Pong Covent Garden is a relaxing stop for authentic dim sum in central London. Savour its baskets of traditional Chinese food and enjoy classic cocktails amid Ping Pong’s subtle Oriental ambience.

Offering a wide range of Asian treats, the sleek Ping Pong restaurant pays homage to the ancient traditions of Chinese tea houses. With a big choice of dumplings and steamed buns, the Ping Pong menu also offers an array of fragrant Chinese soups and rice pots.

There are plenty of familiar Chinese delicacies, with spring rolls, prawn toasts and honey-glazed spare ribs. Finish with a lively Ping Pong cocktail or soothing Oriental tea.

The creations of Ping Pong’s mixologists are not to be missed, while new seasonal specials regularly appear on the menu. Ping Pong in London is a short walk from both Covent Garden and Leicester Square Tube stations.

Wrong items brought to table, some never arrived, bill required multiple adjustments for these errors after repeated complaints. Food itself was satisfactory.

Food wasnt close to Chinese food, for dimsim better visit a Chinese restaurant.

The service was very very very poor; the waitresses were really lazy and needed to be called to attend to table.

Inside the restaurant it smelled too much; it got into cloths. A good ventilation will certainly help.

The smell of fat put us off as soon as we went in and the food was 5/10. Very few other diners. We wouldn't go back.

We had been given the pre-theatre menu as a gift. It comprised of 3 small dumplings, a spring roll a potato fritter and a small helping of chocolate mousse. We waited for the main course but were told "that was that". Still hungry, we dined elsewhere to top up. However the head waiter was friendly and apologetic. Sorry to say it was not good value.

I was a bit disappointed with the food. The place was busy, so the service was rather slow, but the food wasn't nearly as good as I remembered it.
