Food was amazing, I really recommend the set menu we went for. Except the baba which was too sweet and the salad too salty everything else was close to perfection. The apéritive were divine. The chicken and the fish were delicious and the matcha mousse was great. The only thing we dislike about our dinner was as the restaurant is very small it can get very noisy. Our table neighbors were almost screaming, they kept on drinking shots and were really annoying.

A great small restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. The five course taster menu was just the right sized portions. The food was excellent and deserves its top billing but also at a fair price. The curried black cod, the partridge and the blackberry courses were our favourite. Sadly the last course of honeyed yogurt was too sweet for both of us.

We first dined at Pied a Terre about 5 years ago and was throughly impressed by the food, service and atmosphere. Unfortunately we were less impressed when we visited with friends last week. The restaurant felt tired. The food was good but not to the same standard as our previous visit. The waiting staff generally appeared inexperienced. We did not feel it was value for money.

Extraordinary dinner experience. The wine pairing was gorgeous and the staff was suberbly trained to take the experience to another level. Pays off every pound.

Lovely staff. Great sommelier. Food was so nice. Definitely worth and deserving of the Michelin accreditation. Only thing I’d say is that when you walk in, the smell from the entrance, don’t know where it came from, was like mould, needed to be neutralised. Don’t really want excuses as to where this came from, just want it dealt with. Hopefully when we revisit, that smell needs to be gone.

Lillies in restaurant were absolutely overpowering in smell: smell pervaded throughout all rooms and interfered with the tasting. Very salty, but imaginative dishes. Overuse of BBQ sauce and dishes very pricey for what they were. Initially seated by a very grumpy looking person who did not smile at all, despite us trying to friendly, not sure if it was a language barrier or not. Then the host took over, who was charming, lovely and accommodating. Rest of service from that point was impeccable. We probably should have said something about the very strong over powering smell of the flowers, so the restaurant realises that it can nearly ruin the meal if a customer finds the particular smell unpleasant, as any type of strong smelling flower can be (smell is all individual, but there are alot of people who cannot tolerate bulbs/lillies). It is better to have flowers that are not too fragrant at a restaurant that sports very expensive tasting menus.

Food was excellent. We were in the front room smaller and quieter very nice as usually it is difficult to find a place in London where you can have a conservation ! Very cosy atmosphere lovely place et good service.
