Lovely restaurant with delicious authentic pasta dishes. Staff friendly and efficient especially the young lass from Sardinia.

Very disappointed in the changes made to the celebration menu. The best dish has been removed and replaced by cheaper options. Used to go 3 or 4 timws a year but think i will go elsewhere in future.

Fantastic food I had steak cooked to perfection and my partner had lemon sole which she thoroughly enjoyed too and we will definitely make a return visit soon

    Very disappointing
Took my friend for birthday lunch as we often eat here and always enjoy food. But not this time. !!!
My pate was excellent, as was my friends cream of vegetable soup. Her sea bass was good but I chose the duo of fish goujons, supposedly haddock and sole. The goujons were soggy, bland and could not tell if I was eating sole or haddock. Far too much batter. Chips looked and tasted burnt. The chips were replaced as I complained.
We had a tea and coffee and I admit we were not asked to pay for them.
We were rushed with our meal and restaurant was very, very noisy.
    Unlikely we shall return

Visited this restaurant for the first time after recommendation from hotel concierge. Booked simply on line after reading reviews and got a very friendly welcome. Service was very efficient and helpful. Food was fabulous, I had the classic anti pasto followed by steak Dianne cooked to perfection (rare). My wife started with the potted prawns which were to die for. Our waiter recommended the wine and he got it just right. We would definitely visit again.

We went for the 2 courses plus coffee for £17.50 and we were all happy with our meals. This is a popular and busy little restaurant and I have never had a bad meal here. It is handy for the Hydro and Armadillo as there is a taxi rank around the next corner andyou are only 10 mins from the venue.

The meal and the attention to detail was first class and we will be back for more soon. We do like the Picolo Mondo, especially the Glasgow restaurant, it has more atmosphere than the Renfrew one.
