Excellent food, the sharing starter of calamari, soft shell crab, prawns, etc was amazing. I also loved the mushroom risotto. Also the service was excellent and great atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again.

Sadly not very impressed, I thought the food, service and restaurant as a whole was lacking. The Food was slightly cold, and bland, The service was slow its was an early sat. evening, however we seemed to wait a long time between courses, The place in genera was shabby, the booth seating was all broken up/leather well worn to the point I ended up snagging my tights. We also thought the drinks were very overpriced, £9 for a large white wine, for a party of 6 the bill was over £300.00, which included a few drinks, 2 of the parties meals where supposed to be from the cost effective early bird menu. We enjoy eating out on a regular basis but overall this was not worth the money!

Terrible. requested a window seat instead we were sat next to a swinging door that lead out side to the extension. The door repeatedly hit my partner as waiters and customers were in and out. I ordered a beer and when it came it was flat, I sent it back and got a bottle instead. Both pint and bottle appeared on my bill at the end. Service was ok, I could see he was doing his best but he could see the door slamming into my partner and didn't do anything about it. The food was poor, reasonable price but very small portions. My partner had the resotto and it was laced with full slices of garlic making it burn when accidentally ate one, I had the chicken breast sat on half a dozen mushrooms. Despite having a starter I left hungry. I have been here a few years ago and it was good but I won't be going back. It was our anerversary meal which was made clear on the booking and the whole experience was rubbish, the seating position, the door, the flat beer and the poor mains (starter was good- cheesy garlic bread) just made it very disappointing.

Staff were really good despite being very busy. Wasn't too pleased with one of our meals. It was ok but sadly the risotto had just one small piece of meat. The rest of the food was fine.

Cheesy garlic bread is amazing! The service is always lovely as authentic Italian waiters speak Italian to you which I love ??

Good atmosphere but we went for the early £17 for 2 courses menu and although it was alright, my food wasn't hot enough, my husbands was quite bland and the Bruschetta starter was tasteless! Staff quite good.

our order came out in about 30 seconds flat, alarm bells ringin straight away. We both had different pasta and were disgusting like they'd half cooked it. Had to order a pizza because we refused to eat the pasta and that was really salty. Table of 8 people at side of us send 4-5 entrée's back, people have really mixed views on this place but mine were a bad experience 40 quid lighter and still hungry.....abysmal !!

We enjoyed excellent food served with excellent service amid a lovely, buzzie atmosphere.

We went here on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately the best I could say was that is was OK. There were six of us and we were placed in the covered patio area on a table that was more suited to four people, indeed I noticed that there were only four glasses on the table and the waiter had to go and get another two. Also although there were overhead heaters there was an icy draft blowing through the corner of the patio area which didn't help matters.

Service was slow and the food was only warm. A disappointing way to spend nearly £250 especially since we had booked in early August and had much higher expectations.
