In the quaint town centre, Piccolino – Clitheroe is nestled in the shadow of the historic castle keep. Diners can watch Piccolino’s fresh pasta being created in the buzzing open kitchen.

With a vibrant and contemporary atmosphere, Piccolino restaurant evokes the charm of traditional Italian dining. Bringing the finest quality seasonal ingredients to the high street, Piccolino offers tasty, hand-prepared dishes. Couldn't fault the food, although one of the girls in the party was given another tables starter.
It was fine they sorted that out and our food came all correct and was lovely.
    The service however was terrible
We arrived at 8pm and we're still awaiting a drink and main meals at 9:30, they arrived after having to ask somebody nearer to 10pm.
Shame to complain about the service when the food was so nice.

Ambient atmosphere; beautiful food perfectly cooked would definitely recommend it. Chairs not very comfy though .. shame as perfect otherwise.

Very disappointing. We are regulars at the restaurant. The waiter was not at all smiley in fact he was quite miserable. We ordered a bottle of wine but had to ask 2 times for an ice bucket. We sat nearby to the gents toilets not very pleasent constantly people walking passed the table and there was a draft each time the door opened and closed. My main course I had to send back as it wasn't hot. We waited a long time for the starters and main courses.
I have to say I will not be rushing back very disappointed.
