Sadly always disappointed with Pho in the Corn Exchange, they never seem to have enough staff, always a queue for your table even if you've booked, you can usually order fairly quickly if you can get someones attention, but don't expect your drinks to arrive before your food. Staff are lovely, but run off their feet - they always seem to be surprised by how busy it is, but that's happened every time we've been.

Really good little restaurant. Had quite a good menu variety and the fixed price lunch menu was sufficient and good value. Had a fast food feel to it which was by design but still table service and service was quick friendly and informative giving advice and how to eat the menu items. The restaurant got busy later on for lunch so recommend booking but the queue didn't get too long though.

Booked a table but was still left queuing outside for 10 mins waiting to be seated. Chicken curry was lovely, fried noodles were a bit bland

really set the tone for a fantastic night, the spring roll starters are exceptional.

Restaurant is part of the corn exchange restaurant complex and though very well done is a bit like sitting in the Trafford Centre. Having said that the food and friendly service excellent.
