Serving up authentic Vietnamese delicacies on the bustling Upper Street, Pho Islington is spread across two floors, and is filled with quirky styling along with a buzzing ambience. In addition to the extensive menus of aromatic soups and light bites, there are signature cocktails, including the popular signature Phojito.
Vietnam’s national dish, pho noodle soups are undoubtedly a speciality. Elsewhere on the Pho menu, discover bun noodles with lemongrass and chilli, mildly spiced curries with fragrant rice, or the tiger prawn stir fry in a sweet ginger sauce. For a lighter bite, flavour-packed dishes include the spicy green mango salad topped with pork, dried shrimps and peanuts.
For dessert, savour the likes of decadent chocolate truffles, banana fritters, or rich ice creams and refreshing sorbets. Top off a meal at Pho in Islington with a Vietnamese beer, or choose from a number of quality wines chosen to match the food.
With a loyal following for its authentic Vietnamese recipes and laid-back vibe, Pho Islington is a popular restaurant in London that sits just moments from the O2 Academy Islington, and a 3-minute walk from Angel Tube Station.

Food and service were fab, great atmosphere too! The house made pickles and sauces are delicious. A bit pricey for me but I wouldn't visit as often.

They were very accommodating for my party of 12. The starters and mains were lovely and they let me serve my birthday cake. A great evening.

The food was delicious and not heavy or greasy. We all also enjoyed our refreshing drinks. My niece loved the chicken wings and my daughter and I gobbled down the wok-fried noodles with tofu. We realised that the staff were having technical difficulties (broken dumb waiter), so the service was slightly impaired, but they did their best to cope under trying circumstances and made sure that we enjoyed our visit - well done, guys.

Nice food and atmosphere but i think the staff were stretched as waiting 20 minutes for a drink is too long. Nice staff though.
