Absolutely amazing. We booked for set menu with glass of champagne and tour of the kitchen. The service was very attentive. Food delicious. My boyfriend was blown away with one of the desserts. It was not only the art on the plate but also one of the best desserts we had in a long time. Tour of the kitchen was also good fun. Thank you all.

I took my grandson for lunch at Petrus as a 16th birthday treat. His ambition is to be a pastry chef in a top restaurant. The front of house staff were very friendly (especially Harry) and took a lot of time to speak to Joe about working in a restaurant. The kitchen tour was very interesting and Nick, the pastry chef, was very encouraging. Each course was so delicious it is difficult to pick a favourite one. The amuse bouche or the pre-dessert? The asparagus starter or the strawberry tart? I think the Mojito pre-dessert just takes the lead. I would normally be wary of eating pork that is cooked pink but it was beautiful. When my coffee was served, they also brought out a chocolate mousse with a candle in it as a birthday 'cake'. All the staff had signed a card - it was a nice touch.

Amazing food! Favourite dishes had to be the starter, mackerel with radish and pea.. also the asparagus and gnocchi.. loved every bite. Staff were very attentive and lovely. Decor I think is a bit dated though, could do with a bit of an upgrade, but the food more than makes up for this!

Very nice ambience and decor, food superb but let down by some poor service and lack of attention to detail. Particularly poor wine service, several times had no wine during the meal and had to wait for someone to fetch and pour our wine. Also promised kitchen tour forgotten until we reminded at the end of our late lunch by which time the kitchen was in between services and there was little to see.
