Excelent little bistro in Shoteditch. We went for lunch. The snails were outstanding, the fried potatoes hand-cut, the tartare beef was delicious, but the most delicious of all was the dessert: do not hesitate to order the chocolate mousse. It was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. And the house wine is very good as well. The service was good and the waiter served us with a lot of humor. All in all an excellent experience.

Manager took a ton of pride in the dishes he served. I’ve never been somewhere where the experience was utterly perfect from start to finish until I stepped foot into Petit Pois. The food was absolutely delectable, the service was impeccable, and it was affordable!

Shared several small plates and found them all well presented and very tasty.
The waiter was very personable and seemed to love his job.
The space was warm and inviting.

Used to be one of our favourite restaurant but sadly like so many in London it’s gone a bit downhill. Gone from perfect classic French bistro to yet another ‘have you been here before let me explain the small plate concept to you’ place. Really tedious. Should have stuck to what they do best. We had the steak frites and chocolate mousse, what we always have, but the frites were way too thin and crunchy and even that previously heavenly chocolate mousse was too cold, dry and powdery. Such a disappointment.

Food was average. Atmosphere was anything but French. Still had a 'nice' time but was not the experience I was expecting

Great little restaurant. Friendly staff, relaxed service and properly knowledgeable about both the food and wine.
The food itself was really good from the Chanterelles with a fried egg to the pig's cheek with rhubarb and fries (so basically eggs, mushrooms chips and bacon :-) ) to the delicious chocolate mousse. If you go you must have the mousse.

Small but super friendly restaurant. Fantastic food, old classics mixed with original creations. Favourite dish: Grilled Beef Heart.

Love the intimacy of this restaurant as well as the delicious food! Worth visiting for the chocolate mouse alone! Also very good value for money.
