Ate at 1 pm. The restaurant wasn't too busy and the service was very attentive but not fussy. My friend and I both had the Smoked salmon and the Swordfish with Asparagus from the lunch menu. The Salmon was very tasty and a good portion and the Swordfish was perfectly cooked and again an ample portion with a couple of pieces of Asparagus. Overall a very pleasant lunch in a well established and professional restaurant.

I took one of my best friends who was visiting from overseas. We had the 3 course set-menu with bottomless prosecco. The wait staff were incredibly attentive and refilled our prosecco regularly which was appreciated. Unfortunately the entree and mains were very, very basic. Essentially they were both some sort of grilled/pan-fried protein (we had one chicken breast and one swordfish) with a rather sloppy side of roast/stewed vegetables. It was tasty, but much more like something you'd make at home. I've never been to this restaurant before so perhaps their style is home-cooking and my expectations were wrong. The desserts on the other hand were to die for. The lemon tart had the perfect balance of tartness and creamy sweetness. The chocolate dessert was equally decadent, very rich but perfectly balanced with a tart raspberry sorbet. I'd come again for the good service and desserts, but would probably steer clear of the entrees and mains.

We had amazing time in Pescatori. This was my second visit. Saying that I have to mention the fact that I am Food and Beverage Manager therefore it is not easy to impress me. But this place is out of ordinary. The food was full of flavour, well presented too. Service was the best one we had in a long time and even better than in some of the London iconic 5* hotels. The waiters were very attentive but discreet. Prosecco was flying to our glasses. Every time I look at the glass it was full. Atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant are very pleasant. My friends were well impressed by my choice of restaurant and they want to return with their partners and friends. And I shall definitely return. This is real Italian pride in heart of London. Well done guys!

Having dined at Pescatori approximately six months ago on the 3 courses and bottomless prosecco deal, which was a great evening, we were excited to return. However, what ensued was nothing short of an episode of Fawlty Towers... They had run out of sea bass which was disappointing as that was the one dish that a couple of us wanted. We switched to the swordfish which was no problem. We then asked for some bread and they said that they had run out blaming it on the big bookings that they had in for lunches etc. However, surely if a restaurant knows it has booked more covers than usual, it mitigates by ensuring it has more bread available? Dipping bread in the mussel broth is the best bit of which we were deprived. So the scallops come out for starters and we wait patiently for about 5 minutes for the mussels to arrive. With the scallops going cold, we start on those and enquire how long the mussels will be to which we were told "2 minutes". They did not appear for at least another 20 minutes and we were on the verge of walking out when they did suddenly appear, along with the manager. The manager did offer his sincere apologies and told us that he would not be charging us anything for our meal - this was greatly appreciated having, as mentioned, been on the brink of a swift exit. Main courses arrive and the steak was supposed to come with potatoes which our party had to ask for separately after a few minutes. The waiting staff seemed to be in a right flap, including the manager and the hostess having a row behind us - mild entertainment value at least! Thankfully the prosecco was in reach so we were topping ourselves up and just asking for another bottle when it was empty, as opposed to being frequently topped up by the waiting staff like last time. All in all a shame as the food was very good but the service really let them down and I am not sure I would return now

Lovely evening with friends. Great atmosphere: staff very friendly and helpful....you could tell they worked as a team. Great value for money and the food was lovely. Will visit again and have already recommended to others.

My friend and I took part in the three course menu with bottomless prosecco deal and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious (I had the burrata to start, sea bass for main and the chocolate dessert) and the staff were all very friendly and very prompt with prosecco top ups so you really felt like you were getting your money's worth! A lovely evening.

We had a blast, I cannot recall our waitresses name but she was a rockstar! The food was superb and the service second to none. I enjoyed it so much I've already made another booking.
