Great prawn starter & excellent duck main course. You get full measure of wine when you order by the glass (not like a lot of places when you order a 250ml glass). Very good value for money & pleasant staff. Will be coming here again with more time for a dessert...

the table was in a lovely position overlooking the main dining area. Not our original table I fear as there were only two, not three of us, the other table was slap bang in the middle of everyone else, very close to the service door! the red wine we ordered was very cold, but surprisingly pleasant, unfortunately this was the last bottle, as we would have ordered another. The starters were tasty (gambas and a mixed salad) although quiet a lot of sauce on the prawns. My wild boar main was disgusting! The texture was like leather, as tho it had been cooked and reheated in the microwave. Thankfully my brother had the last suckling pig main, it was delicious and enough to serve us both, along with his missed veg and my rocket salad. Some of the staff were excellent, very obliging and going out of their way to help, others had the appearance of being on another plant!

We always use this restaurant because it is near the Theatre for our chosen musical events etc. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and extremely efficient. This is essential as booking a table for six p.m. allows us to have a good meal prior the start of the shows which are usually at seven p.m. The food is always top class, the wines great selection, and over all we feel well received, well served and a friendly " Goodbye " as we leave afterwards.

Did great to feed us in such tight timeframe as we were going to the theatre. Loved the ravioli and ragu with spaghetti! Friendly service and happy to help. Will be back!

Lovely as always - great food, friendly and professional staff. We usually have seafood meals, but this time greatly enjoyed beef and livers in equal measure.

As always the service was good, started with a warm welcome and carried on to be pleasant and efficient the whole time. The food was amazing, I had the special pecorino and black truffle ravioli and the Cod loin special main. Both were lovely.
