Service was unbelievable. We had the chopped salad, tile fish and beef short ribs that had been braised for 16 hrs and the vegetarian dish with quinoa Everything was delicious. The sauces light but tasty. It was for a bday and they brought out desserts with sparklers. It was worth every penny

The owner came to the table and I mentioned about missing the "beet tartar" on the menu - usually it is and I love it. In not time she found some beet tartar to at least give me a taste. The seafood stew and the grilled octopus were delicious and the service attentive. The homemade absinthe tops it off for me.

Food was very good. Service ce excellent. Was delighted to learn that on third, Sunday and Monday there are dishes available for $19 with either soup or salad. They were the dishes we were planning on ordering anyway.

Great restaurant, great atmosphere. I gave 5 stars all around, so clearly we had a wonderful experience. I'll mention 2 small details, fyi. All four of us loved our entrees and praised them highly. I do not eat gluten so did not touch the bread that was placed on our table. I noticed that it was tried, but was not eaten, by the others. Meant to ask why not this time, but we had a lot to talk about so never got around to it. We four are life-long friends in our 60s, and they all love bread and always eat it. They love crusty rolls, and this looked soft and doughy so I'm guessing that's why. Also, I ordered some cheesecake to go. When I opened it, the candy brittle that came with it was missing.
Special shout out to our server who was knowledgeable and efficient. The restaurant was full capacity. He was very busy, but treated one of us who was having trouble deciding with patience and care. As the host, that meant a lot to me. Regret that I didn't get his name.

The food was delicious, as always. The drink selection is great, the gnudi and the duck were delicious. Highly recommend! Best restaurant in the Catskills!
