Food was great, service was good. Restaurant was very busy but didn't seem overly noisy and the group of 6 of us were able to talk easily.

Excellent lunchtime experience. Special request for seating was accommodated without stress. Service was friendly, prompt and professional. Food is outstanding. Dim Sum are some of the best available in London: high quality ingredients, carefully and freshly prepared and served.

The waitress/manageress (Her name is May we believe) is very pleasant and excellent. The foods are still very good BUT as it was a Chinese New Year's Eve, the restaurant was extremely busy and we had a few problems. Firstly, we were served Jasmine tea instead of Pu-er which we ordered. The lobster noodle dish came without any noodle in it so it had to be returned to the kitchen so the noodle could be prepared by which time the lobsters were not as freshly cooked and hot. After the lobster dish, we waited for nearly 20 minutes before the rest of our mains arrived. Then our steamed seabass wasn't properly cooked and big chunk of the breast was still very raw. They did replace it with a new and properly cooked seabass. The foods were still very tasty otherwise. I would have given 4-5 stars but due to issues on this occasion only a 3 star I'm afraid.

The food is lovely. Everything. We had two lots of chicken feet, they were that good and that’s a phrase I never thought I’d say. There wasn’t a duff note. Particular favourites were the crab dumplings with roe and all the cheung fun
