The friendly, relaxed, yet oh-so-efficient staff, will greet you to start the day with a hearty or continental-style breakfast in the "Fifties" style dining room or on the terrace where the sun shines as early as 8 in the morning, seven days a week. A delicious combination of fresh, savoury ingredients is used to prepare traditional French provincial specialities, served at all hours until midnight. But the Chef only has to travel a few meters across the Croisette to find his main ingredients: the sea provides the best for your dining pleasure. Sea bream, sea bass, porgy, turbot and the catch of the day are prepared on the broiler, and there are marvellous seafood platters.
