We arrived for our pre-booked afternoon tea for my mums 80th birthday however the booking was down in their books for 4pm instead of 2pm as stated in my confirmation. This did not prove a problem and we were taken right away and the staff apologised for the mixup.

Very disappointed!! Customer service was awful with very little vegatarian options and no options to replace anything one may dislike! Not happy at all and would never recommend the afternoon tea here! Also booked though this website stating it would £12.50 per person but at Valerie Patisserie they refused this price and charged £14.00 per person! Really awful experience!!

It was OK, the place was lovely, the staff were lovely but I was disappointed with the food. I had asked for no salmon and there they were on the plate - the waitress did apologise and replace them but still; my specify request had been ignored.

The scones were delicious but I felt the cakes could have been better.

Friendly staff and excellent food. Afternoon tea was very filling and we took some cakes home. Only bad point was the stairs to one ladies loo. Overall would go back.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our Afternoon Tea at Pattiserie Valerie. The service was excellent! The food was delicious - a lovely selection of sandwiches, scones and beautiful cakes. All were the perfect size - so we could actually almost eat everything. The coffee too was very good so we both had two cups. I particularly like this Patisserie Valerie as it is very elegant and spacious and I feel I could be in Paris! I would definitely recommend a visit and you will be sure to return.
