A little disappointing. There was selection of teas (just English breakfast) we had coffee which was ok but nothing to write home about. The children didn't want tea so they had a soft drink but we had to pay extra for that. On the first tier there was a selection of sandwich fingers (egg, cheese, cucumber), but nothing exotic like salmon and a mini quiche that had been microwaved so it was like leather.

On the second tier there was two mini scones per person. But these had been microwaved so were terrible. I raised this with the manageress who replaced the scones with cold ones and they were fine.

On the 3rd tier there was a selection of small patisseries but they were very sweet so you wouldn't have wanted them any bigger.

Overall a bit of a disappointment.

The tea was of poor quality weak when i asked for a strong tea. We order afternoon tea which was £25 for 2 people. The potions were small, the scones were hard and needed to be changed for freshly microwaved ones. No side plates were given we had to ask otherwise we would have eaten on our napkins. Overall very disappointing.
