I have just returned home , it was absolutely freezing I have never ever sat in a restaurant with a coat on to eat a meal, when I. Mentioned to the waitress she said I could have one of the two small electric heaters. My son wanted to leave half way through the meal as he was so cold. Other children were sat with coats and hoods up. Disgraceful there's cutting overheads but that was a joke

Booked a table for myself and a friend for 7.30pm on a Saturday night. The meal was very nice and the service good - no offers at the weekend so paid full prices but these were reasonable!

A very pleasant experience! Great service, they let us get on with our meal we didn't feel like we were being rushed or that we waited for a long time for our food. The food was lovely and reasonably priced [$] A nice atmosphere but would have preferred to sit a bit further away from the door. Also our table was a little but too close to the one behind.

Table booked for 7.15, table in a cold & drafty spot, chairs uncomfortable. Took over half an hour to get pre-meal drinks! they only serve house wines by the glass & have a restricted drinks choice! The waiters/waitresses have a limited knowledge of both the drinks & food on offer & are very slow & unprofessional - saying 'here you go' when bringing your food! It took 3 attempts to get the bill & restaurant wasnt that busy - surprise!
