The dining room of this Italian restaurant in Paris was renovated in 2004, making it all the more chic. It is a charming room with nicely dressed tables and abstract and minimalist paintings. Paolo Petrini mixes classic fine dining Italian dishes with his own creations. Many of the ingredients and most importantly the olive oil are imported from Italy. This self-taught Italian chef speciales in dishes flavoured with white truffle oil from Alba.
