Pandelujo offers modern Spanish cuisine using fresh ingredients. Chef Alberto Chicote uses traditional cooking methods by preparing the dishes using a coal fire. There is a wide range of fish dishes and salads available and the Russian Salad with crusty aubergine, houmus and honey is a particular speciality. The restaurant's unique architecture was created by Vicent Bou and lali Gonzales, using natural elements of soul, water and magical lighting effects.
