    One of our favourite restaurants. It didnt disappoint. Food as always amazing. Steak cooked perfectly well done with out being burnt (a lot of places get that wrong). Lamb also cooked to perfection nice and rare. Music was good. Staff were friendly helpful and very accommodating.

    Pre-booked a table as the restaurant was very busy on an early Saturday evening. I would advise anyone to do this to avoid disappointment as several people turning up "on spec" had to be turned away as they were fully booked all evening. The staff were extremely polite and treated us very well. The service was excellent for food and for drinks. Our meals were also top quality and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Pan Am. This set us up for a cracking evening in Liverpool as we went on to see a show at the nearby arena, well fed and very happy:-)

    Second visit, and second time our order was taken and not passed onto the kitchen, resulting in an hour wait for starter.
    Compensation offered last time. Not offered this time.

    Friday evening 2 course meal, Sirloin Steaks and a dessert. All delicious. We also enjoyed the strawberry daiquiris which were quite delicious, and half price as we ordered them before 7pm!!.

    Went for the bottomless brunch. Food was nice. But service was way too slow, had to ask the waitress for our drinks numinous times, then she disappeared and had to go to the manager then for the bill. There was more staff chatting behind and beside the bar then their was on the floor service. Shame. Place has potential.

    Overall I had high expectations seeing most reviews and pictures, however.. the food wasn’t so great my partners burger wasn’t cooked all the way through and the bacon was stone cold (he’s a chef himself so has a lot of knowledge on good quality food) I had the chorizo and chicken pasta, enjoyed mine but some of the chicken was dry and hard others not so much and it was full of oil which I’m guessing was because of the chorizo! I think both meals were rather over priced considering the quality! However the staff were very friendly and took the burger off the bill, overall it was ok probably won’t go back there again! As it ruined the food aspect of our first night away together.

    We recently visited Liverpool for our 3rd time, to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We dined with you on our 1st and 2nd anniversary's, and because we had such a great experience, I booked reservations well in advance of this last trip in September, 2017. We had impeccable service, and management went out of their way to make our first two visits extraordinary. This last time was quite the opposite. We arrived in Liverpool the afternoon of 9/22/17. We had time to settle in to our hotel room, and get ready to go to dinner @ PanAm. We were seated promptly, and greeted initially by our server in a reasonable amount of time. From that point on, the experience was extremely disappointing! Our waitress brought our drinks,,,my wife had a froze drink that was served without a beverage napkin...and the drink was running don the side of the glass, creating puddles on our table. I had to ask for napkins. She returned after our drinks were finished to ask if we were ready to order. We did. She brought another round of drinks, and then was too overwhelmed/occupied with other tables to check back on us for several minutes.The filets were overcooked, the service was horrendous, the food was sub-par, and the manager came to the table seeming extremely busy and overwhelmed...never acknowledging our special day, as was done the first 2-years. I felt let down and disappointed enough to make the decision not to return to PanAm on our future visits from the USA to Liverpool. We will take our business to Blake's going forward.
