The PanAm menu sees international favourites like jambalaya and Caribbean fishcakes joined by a selection of pizzas and pastas. From the burger menu, tuck into the likes of the Down ‘n’ Dirty with pulled Texas chicken and smoky barbecue sauce, or the Sao Paolo chicken with piri piri marinade.
A wealth of exotic drinks are available at PanAm in Liverpool, including a selection of speciality cocktails. These are all served in the striking, moodily-lit restaurant, which boasts sleek leather chairs, low-hanging lanterns and characterful brick archways.

Amazing food couldn’t fault it. Had to wait 20 minutes to even get a menu. Considering we were celebrating a 21st as I stated prior to the booking when requesting a bottle of Prosecco on the table , which we did have on arrival. I though that the service would be better, having to ask for a menu I found disappointing. I wanted the meal to be special due to the occasion. The meal took about 40 minutes to arrive. Not once did anyone ask how the meal was and if we needed another drink. Only when I put my card in the machine did a waitress ask if everything was ok. By this time I was typing my pin in. It’s a shame because it was meant to be a celebration and feel disappointed for picking this resturaunt.

Prefer dining upstairs rather than downstairs as it's a Much better atmosphere. Meal wasn't hot only warm although good. Don't like to complain!! Good service, pleasant staff, have dinned there before & would go again & recommend

Arrived and was seated to our table by a friendly chatty waiter. Took our drinks order, brought the drinks and proceeded to take our dinner order, my husband ordered the steak and I asked for an explanation of what the salmon in a bag consisted off. The waiter explained how it was cooked and it sounded delicious so I chose the salmon. A different waiter brought our order and I was given salmon pasta which definitely was not what I ordered he said he would check. The original waiter came back and apologised and said he had imputed the wrong order but he would get the chef to put a rush on the re order. 23 minutes later I still had not had my meal and no one had bothered to come over and check so I called a waiter over, explained the situation and he said he would go and check. The original waiter came back and said it would be another 5 minutes, I told him not to bother as I was past waiting anymore and my husband had finished his meal and I certainly was not going to eat mine alone. He asked would I like to speak to the manager which I did. Explained the situation to her and said when we come out for dinner together we expect to eat it together and this had completely ruined our evening. She said she would take something of the bill which she did but that does not compensate for our ruined evening. What should have happened is my husbands meal should have also been taken back and both meals re served together. This is what would happen in a decent restaurant and believe me I know this with working in the industry my self.

Lovely restaurant in a great location, slightly pricey but to be expected in a city. The food was delicious, very fast service which we greatly appreciated due to the fact we were short on time.

Ate here 3 times in one week when Unison Conference was on.
Great staff, service a little slow, great gluten free menu including puddings.
