Restaurant description

Nestled in a quaint, authentic setting overlooking the iconic Piazza, Palm Court Brasserie Covent Garden serves sublime modern European cuisine. Lovingly crafted in a 1920s art nouveau style, the dining room boasts effortless Parisian chic.

Offering an eclectic range of cuisine in the heart of cosmopolitan Covent Garden, the Palm Court Brasserie menu presents classic French dishes alongside sumptuous pan-Mediterranean choices. The ever-popular, cleansing taste of moules mariniere is offset by a rich and spicy Moroccan casserole with cous cous and flaked almonds.

As well as fun and fruity cocktails, Palm Court Brasserie restaurant presents a varied yet selective wine list, ranging from crisp whites to complex, aromatic reds. The tempting dessert menu lures those with a sweet tooth, with classic crème brulee and Valrhona chocolate tart with Cointreau mousse offering rich, decadent flavours.

In a vibrant area of London, Palm Court Brasserie is nestled just 3 minutes’ walk from Covent Garden Tube Station.

This is the 3rd time I've had afternoon tea with unlimited prosecco at the Palm Court and had a great time again. The food was lovely, the staff pleasant and attentive and the bubbly free flowing from the start. I love it and will be going back there to try lunch very soon.

We had the £25 menu which consisted of three courses and a champagne cocktail. There were plenty of items to choose from. Service was excellent with waiting staff supervised by a manager. This was nice to see as you often don't get this in restaurants nowadays. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated straight away. The food was very tasty and portion size just right.

Both food and service were excellent. However, we found the venue very cramped and noisy.

We dined at Palm Court Brassiere recently based on it's very good reviews. We were greeted and promptly seated. Our server was Stefano and honestly, he didn't make us feel welcome. We chose the "BookaTable/STAR Menu" that BookaTable offers when making a reservation. From the menu, we picked Boeuf Bourguignon and Pork Chop w/ chorizo jam. Unfortunately, both meals were overcooked. However, the small pumpkin salad was delicious. We probably won't return.

Unfortunately, the Palm Court Brasserrie had no knowledge of our booking for afternoon tea and we had to wait to see if the kitchen could accommodate us. The manager was very courteous and efficient and we were eventually shown to a table. The afternoon tea was marvellous, made better by the free-flowing Prosecco for the 90mins which was part of the offer. A great deal and good value for money. A relaxing ambiance with attentive service.
