The dining room, service and food were all excellent in the Palm court. However , had a cocktail in the bar before hand that were ridiculously expensive hype & not to be recommended!

Very nice restaurant, cosy and great staff. Only criticism is we felt wine was very over priced! We paid £41 for a bottle of wine which we looked up on our wine app and it averages £7-£8 a bottle to buy. We thought that rather a huge mark up per bottle!

It was a very nice meal but was spoilt by the slow service, it took nearly 45mins to get our cocktail!!!! Also we were a party of 5 on a table that was really only designed for 4 so it was rather cramped (get bigger tables) and one of the side dishes we ordered didn't arrive but we were not charged for this and got a extra dessert. However, our waiter was very friendly and kept apologising for the slowness of the service we think he was trying to serve too many customers! On the positive side the cocktails were fantastic and the live jazz a excellent addition to the experience.
