We took the 3 courses for £35 from a set menu. Good choice, fine ingredients, attentive service and a lovely environment. Only issue were rather noisy late afternoon tea dinners (possibly too much of the fizzy Italian wine). Will go back but for after 7pm

We had a very enjoyable experience in a relaxed atmosphere, lovely food and very polite, but not stuffy service. Would return and recommend to family and friends.

The Palm at Langhams was a delightful venue for afternoon tea, the ambient setting and the beautiful interior made it a special experience, the tea was presented and served with style, the quality and selection was without question, the vegan choice was also well thought through

Beautiful place- everything about the space and the atmosphere was amazing. Live gentle music, soft lighting and beautiful decor and seating arrangement. Food was good, I particularly enjoyed the oysters. Service was friendly and flexible though a few things fell through the cracks. Overall lovely dinner.

We chose the offer 3-dishes menu. Very tasty food, great service, nice Palm Court seating area but lack of natural light. We were disapppointed by the choices in the menu compared with the sample menu presented online. T

Really enjoyable afternoon. The food was well presented, the staff very good (especially in regard to my food allergy).

A pleasant evening in a relaxing ambience. Food very good although a little too long waiting for the main course. Attentive and helpful waiters.
