Absolutely wonderful evening! Had the pleasure of sitting at the counter so we were able to chat to Shaun while he prepared the fish....to quote him “the tuna is killer!!” (Awesome stuff) The food was amazing: go for the Spiced Pear and Seabass Sashimi special if it’s on = yum. Also the Kingfish-finger sando: so good. There are not-to-be-missed vegan options too. Tokyo Turnip Steak was stand-out. Great Aussie wines....we drank a Tahbilk Marsanne which brought back great memories of visiting the winery in Aus. Can not wait to go back...and in fact, have already booked again, this time taking friends so they can enjoy too! Sad that it is only a 4-month pop-up, however, I will closely he following what happens to Shaun and Pacific next!
