Came here for vegan afternoon tea for my partners birthday and our anniversary. The service from all staff was outstanding from booking all the way through to paying. Very attentive to our needs. The views from the tower are beautiful and the actual restaurant itself was gorgeous. The food was nice, nothing amazing. I was expecting to be blown away by the food but it was all just really nice. Which isn’t a bad thing just not as outstanding as everything else was. The little birthday and anniversary message on our dessert tray was a beautiful touch. Thank you. You made his and our day.

Overall the experience was OK, but I was a bit disappointed with the selection on sandwiches on the vegetarian kids tea. The kids menu we were first given had more kid friendly sandwiches (simple fillings), but the ones my kids got were the same as the adults ones. My kids would have been happy with simple cheese and egg mayonnaise sandwiches as the kids menu had in it. Upon reflection I should have said something at the time. Vegan scones were not that great, we make better at home.

Was a bit disappointed compared to the last time we dined here. Perhaps it was because it was extremely busy. Had to wait 20mins even before we were asked about drinks. Food excellent as always.

Sadly not as great as it used to be. Tired and touristy with OK food churned out for a large number of people at a high price. Nice views, but there are now other places that have great river views that produce great food. Especially disappointing vegetarian option, they have not kept up with developments in vegetarian/vegan cuisine. Feels like a business.

Dinner at the Terrace was amazing. The only thing was a bit funny that our table was booked @6pm and we got there exact on time but they wanted to take us to the bar and order a drink. Restaurant was empty as it just opened. Not sure why did not get seated straight away. Anyway views are amazing and so was the food. We had 4 course taster menu with a coctail.

A lovely location and excellent service. Variety of food was good - salmon and lamb were very good

Very good experience for my 1st visit accept one crucial point. My table was reserved for 8.30 and was told minutes before my main was brought to me that they had run out of new potatoes and all they could offer was some other veg or salad with Parmesan shavings or chips which any of these items would not have gone with the order I had placed apart from new potatoes or even a little mash. Very disappointing but did not spoil the ambiance of the evening.

One of the most fantastic dining experiences...was taken there by my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday. Great value for money. Each has three courses of Michelin quality, large proportions all for about £60 a head. Highly recommend the deep fried burrata starter!
