Scallops were a very nice starter but only 2 is a bit mean - the chocolate dessert was fantastic Not keen about being shoved against a wall when we asked for a window seat.

We booked for a family lunch to celebrate a big family birthday. Food was great as always but I'd call out the exceptional service - nothing was too much trouble. The team looking after us really engaged with us which added to the occasion.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and our meal. The staff were especially helpful, given my wife's gluten intolerance.

The service was excellent. We constantly had food and drink to hand when needed and we didn't notice anybody fussing around us. We all had a wonderful time. The food was great, we all had the salmon starter which was lovely. Some of the bread was warm and some not - this would have been nicer if it was all the same temperature.

Slightly slow service when arrived, sat in bar area waiting for drinks.. LOVED the bread, yummy. Hubby had duck, said best ever tasted. Great service once at table. Shame balcony wasn't open, didn't detract from what was fabulous evening.
