We had a wonderful experience at the Oxo Tower restaurant, they made us feel really special and we had a lovely table by the window. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the food was delicious and presented beautifully.

We had a sublime experience with delicious food and close to perfect service. The maitre d’ was charming, anttentive but not invasive, and went above and beyond to please our little boy. The food was fantastic, bursting with flavours and plated beautifully.
We cannot wait to visit soon and often

Sat on the terrace for lunch. Great views across the Thames and London. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Lovely choice, including vegetarian options, fish and meat dishes. Organised in advance for a birthday cake for my daughter, which was excellent and beautifully presented.

Starters and Mains very good. Deserts could have been better (especially the strawberry soufflé)

The service was great but the food was mediocre. We had asparagus and goat cheese starter which was pretty but didn't taste like anything special. Then I had the cod which was cooked well but had barely any seasoning and neeeded more salt (which there were none on the table to add on my food). The food was overpriced and nothing special.
My friend got the sun in her eyes the whole time and my hair kept blowing in my face/mouth from the open door which was an annoyance. We were also disappointed because we were expecting a nice view but only saw the roof on some houses and cranes from where we were sitting.

Made reservation online and mentioned it was for my husbands birthday. We were seated immediately, and the attention we received was fabulous. From the hostess to the wait staff and sommelier, everyone was super- friendly and efficient. View was spectacular, as was the food. Our biggest surprise was when they brought our dessert, they had written Happy Birthday in chocolate on the plate and put a candle in the ice cream...this is without any prompting from me, but remembered from the reservation booking a couple weeks earlier. A truly wonderful surprise and the perfect ending to a lovely evening. One added bonus...a young couple got engaged while we were there.

I recently took my partner and our 18 month child for an early evening meal for a little celebration whilst in London. The initial greeting was good, but then the evening became less and less satisfactory. We were taken to the bar area, but were ignored in favour a group that came in after us. Then we were shown to our table which seemed to be as far away from everyone. I hate to say this, but was it because we had a small child? Then when ordering the meals, the waiter failed to ask what the child would like for dinner. The whole experience made us question whether the restaurant is child friendly or not, and I can only come to the conclusion it isn’t.

It’s a shame we left with this feeling, as the food was lovely. So would I recommend, no, not if you have a small child.

Somewhat disappointed and deflated by the whole experience.
