Excellent service, we were taken to a table outside as requested and had a lovely view. The food was lovely especially the Eton Mess. The welcome Cocktail was delicious.

Perched high on the 8th floor of OXO Tower on London’s South Bank, OXO Tower Brasserie affords sensational views across London and the Thames from its 250-foot terrace and dining area. The informal setting has an infectious buzz, with live music from an extensive line-up of jazz musicians adding an extra dimension to the experience.

Head Chef Keir Barry has created a modern Brasserie menu with simple, fresh and comforting dishes which champion the best local and seasonal produce on offer. Tuck into mains such as slow-cooked duck leg, green bean salad and shallot dressing or sea bass with heritage potatoes, wild garlic and pickled salsify. Many meat dishes are cooked over charcoal on the Josper grill, creating a rich barbecue flavour that is perfect for al fresco dining in the summer.

Just a stone’s throw from some of London’s most popular theatres, OXO Tower Brasserie also caters for those looking for a quick meal before or after the show with its pre and post theatre dining menu. An excellent cocktail list accompanies the menu, and the Brasserie even offers a Theatre Not Afternoon Tea, which is a theatrical experience consisting of themed cakes and cocktails. Guests can also enjoy the seasonal Not Afternoon Tea menu, which has several delicious plates to choose from, all paired with a cocktail.

OXO Tower Brasserie in London is just 8 minutes’ walk from Southwark and Waterloo and 10 minutes’ walk from Blackfriars Tube station.

We visit the restaurant on Monday afternoon, we choose the £33 special, we had a delicious G & T outside, We did not enjoy our meal as it wasn’t to our taste, courses served in bowls, both sauces tasted the same, chicken was nicely cooked but bland, our Eton mess -was a tasteless mess served in a glass. We booth had the G&T cocktail but it was of poor quality and a few slices of ginger swimming in it,Staff very attentive, friendly.Restaurant very busy, We will return for another G&T outside, Beautiful views,

We had the best table. I had asked, in the any requests section of the booking, if it would be possible to have a table overlooking the Thameslink and we got our wish. The food was wonderful and service delightful. We were looked after so well and Teresa gets our commendation.

A truly wonderful evening with great friends. Thank you.

The views and setting was wonderful; my daughter and friends loved it. The food was exceptionally good. Only bad thing was the wasps and flies; and a pigeon came to say hello; which amused the girls.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. A relaxed feeling and setting with some fantastic views across the Thames and surrounding areas. The service was really efficient and the food was superb. The beautiful weather made it even better as it meant we could sit outside. Would come here again.

Fabulous anniversary meal, service was fantastic, after asking to be sat outside we were moved out there after our first course, just as the sun was setting. Staff were happy to take a photo for us and food was amazing! Steak cooked perfectly and every dish had amazing combined flavours! After dessert they brought out a happy anniversary strawberry moose written in chocolate, a nice touch to the end of the meal.

We had smoked dug, where we couldn't taste the smoke, the rabbit, where the sauce was quite nice but not enough meat and the rabbit taste wasn't strong enough. Main course fish was very good. The veal t-bone steak could have been beef as well but was cooked nicely. The service was very good. For the brasserie a bit over prized.
