These feature on the menu alongside international dishes such as grilled salmon steak served with yellow and red rice and tomato salsa. The speciality of the house is a grilled t-bone veal steak with truffled potato puree, skewered vegetables and a light salsa sauce. Seasonal delicacies such as asparagus and mushrooms as well as game and a selection of ice creams offer variety. The chefs source fresh local ingredients from the local market and rely on what each season has to offer. Only the very finest ingredients will do.
