We were the only people at NY-LON on a Satuday night at 7pm, so lacked any atmosphere. Slow service. Food platters sparse and expensive. Not our best choice,

The platter was small for 2 with lots of bread. Small portions of fish and then tasteless sauces. Prosecco was good

How disappointing to look forward a reserved seat, away from the hustle and bustle, an eagerly anticipated dining experience only to be met with a dismal start as we entered the premises at the O2. No-one at reception so after a few minutes we wandered into the main dining area, minimal interaction with the waiting staff and little if any help about where to go, who to ask. We were taken back to reception and a man appeared only to lead us back into the dining area and we were seated. Having pre-booked, you would expect someone to know your order and yet we were left alone for 5 mins before anyone came over to take the order - no food menu at the table so further delays while one was collected. Our pre-order could not be honoured we discovered and we had to negotiate the same drink (bottle of Prosecco) by the glass from a larger magnum - but this was not without other members of staff being unyielding until a manager stepped in, otherwise we could only have the wine offer which was not a good substitute and not why we booked this venue. It would seem to me that there were too many staff behind the bar and not front of house, taking the food / drinks orders. Once the numbers started to dwindle the service level improved a little. What a shame, very frustrating and didn't feel relaxed before the concert started.

The booking had not gone through, however they found us a lovely spot. Service was pretty dire, lots of staff but no service, one was even playing on his phone rather than serving, then 2 staff had an argument whilst we were trying to get served at bar, as they table service took so long. Basically it seemed like no-one managing and overseeing things. Food was not great. Would only come back for drink at bar not for table service and food.

Front of house could have been more welcoming/accommodating given we were delayed as a result of the extra security measures and though a table was still found for us, this could have been suggested more graciously. The waiting staff were efficient and friendly. Bar overall was very relaxed with a nice atmosphere, clean and a welcome calm in contrast to the bustle of the o2.

A really relaxing place with great service and great drinks. It is a lovely start to a night at the The O2. It would be better if they improved the menu- the sharing platters are nice but quite overpriced but worth booking a table if you are seeing a show at the O2 as an oasis of calm before the mayhem begins.

Love the concept, great service & very friendly & relaxed. When we were seated we weren't told you had to press the button to get service but we worked it out. Food was nice but not very good value for money & I think you are missing a trick by only offering nuts in addition to the sharing platters.

Very friendly staff. Food platter (land) was excellent, a lot more than we were expecting. Large range of cocktails to choose from and the ones we had tasted great.

Not good enough. Going to a concert at the o2, we booked a table (for 2) for 7pm, ordered drinks which were served at 7.45pm (after our food and despite chasing the order). Waitress was nice enough and offered to remove service charge for the poor service received but it's just not good enough for this type of venue (it wasn't packed either) - it was like the manager had a night off.
