Went for afternoon tea. Avoid this restaurant if you have food allergies - they are extremely unhelpful and couldn’t get act together on what items intentionally had nuts in them.

Food was mediocre- baking from a factory and sandwiches really really slumped on fillings. Jam was really runny and dropped all over the place. Had a 2 for 1 voucher - but would not pay full price for this experience.

This restaurant was our second visit and was a disappointment compared to our 1st.

Lovely restaurant, my first choice for an elegant meal locally. Big mains servings so go easy on the starters if you want room for desert - I love their lime and coconut panna cotta

The tea experience was wonderful. Everything was extremely fresh and full of flavour. Service was friendly and efficient. If I was picky, I would say that the cucumber was too thin in those sandwiches but really that is all I can think of... Perfect.

Booked afternoon tea with an experience voucher. Warm welcome in inviting restaurant. The menu and choice was explained to us, including an excellent range of choices of tea and coffee. There was a good selection of fresh sandwiches and cakes. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I enjoyed afternoon tea here. Service was excellent and food was nice. I had a two for one coupon but I feel the full price (£25 each) would have been quite pricey for what was included.

Very poor service. We waited almost 45 minutes for our appetizers to come in and then another 1 1/2 for our dinner to arrive. Everyone was feeling very anxious and impatient.

Service was very good. Vegetables in pasta a little over cooked. Vegetarian polenta dish was very good.
