From Mathieu Germond, the former co-owner and manager of Michelin-starred Pied à Terre, Noizé brings rustic French food to Fitzrovia. Named after the French village where Mathieu’s grandparents ran a farm, expect bold, seasonal dishes and a considered wine list.

The flavour-rich Noizé menu begins with the likes of beetroot with goats’ curd and walnut, and pickled vegetables with saffron rouille. Sourcing ingredients from independent suppliers, and changing with the seasons, main dishes may include sea bass with clams and smoked emulsion, partridge with celeriac, or short rib with potatoes and shallots.

Desserts are just as enticing, with a warm rice pudding with figs and almonds, and a chocolate mousse with hazelnuts amongst the options. A broad wine list is also on hand to complement any dish on the menu, and guests can bring their own for a small corkage fee.

Home to an elegant upper level restaurant, and a downstairs bar area, find Noizé restaurant London a 2-minute walk from Goodge Street Tube Station.

Incredible food and service. The cauliflower salad was exceptional and should be offered as a main course

Wonderful dinner in a quiet, relaxed environment. Knowledgable staff, extremely confident sommelier who bought us wines that we loved based on our extremely basic description of what we wanted. We had gougeres, cod, partridge, beef tartar and the baked Alaska - all of which were beautifully presented and tasted divine. Maybe not a great choice for vegetarians!! Do not refuse the freshly baked bread and butter.
Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

I took my wife to Noize for our anniversary meal.
The menu was really nice with around five dishes in each section.
We chosse to have a couple of snacks to start the meal along with a kir royal and enjoyed the miso glazed belly of lamb and cheddar gougeres, these were really tasty. The bread was lovely, thick sliced campange style bread with a really good quality butter, very moreish.
we asked for help from Mathieu to select the wine to suit the dishes we had chossen and he came back with a really nice bottle which was very resonable priced.
Then for the starters, My wife had the crab bisque with crab salad and said the flavour was amazing.
I enjoyed the mackerel which was a tartare with beetroot, fennel and cucumber again a lovely fresh dish.
For mains my wife had the hake with courgette, balck olive and basil, this dish was beautifully presented with the fish being cooked to perfection and she really enjoyed it.
I chosse the partridge with celeariac, apple and dauphinoise. The partridge was cooked perfectly and the dish was well presented, the only negitive I had with this dish was the acidty was to high. The celearic was pickled, which along with the sour notes of the granny smith apple was slightly over powering.
For dessert my wife had the white chocolate and passion fruit cheesecake, I had the chocolate cremeux with caramel and stout.
The cheesecake was lovley, really light and fresh and a joy to eat.
The chocloate cremeaux was also really nice and very enjoyable although very rich, which was expected.
We also tried the apple tart fine - this was a lovely dessert with puff pastry, caramelised apples and vanilla ice cream.
And we finished the meal with coffee which was also very good.

All in all we had a great evening at Noize and would recommend it to friends and family, the staff were very attentive but not intrusuive.
The meal was extremly good value for money and we left very happy.
