Had a wonderful afternoon tea here. Very classy yet relaxed. The hotel has an old world charm about it so you are really transported to a different time while there. The afternoon tea itself was delicious and the hosts were very friendly and kind.

I went for the afternoon tea with my three daughters. We were really looking forward to this, especially after reading very good reviews.
The service was slow and disappointing.
We had to remind the waiter to come refill the teapots, and the pastries were substandard - the macaroon was dry and the choux was bland.
We had read on the reviews that anything could be replaced at no extra cost, however when we asked for more sandwiches the waiter replied that we would have to pay an extra £7 per person. What made this more infuriating was that when paying the bill, we said this to a manager who claimed that replacements did come at no extra cost.

Afternoon tea was an amazing value for £25, which included the sandwiches, scones, desserts, and a glass of champagne. All of the food was delicious, our waiter was wonderful & had great recommendations, and it's a very pretty little boutique hotel. There were really only 4-5 tables for afternoon tea, so I wouldn't recommend it for large parties and it was a bit on the quiet side in the lounge, but overall great experience.

We had a really lovely, indulgent afternoon tea experience at '11 Cadogan Gardens'. The hotel is very stylish, staff were really friendly and attentive and we were very well looked after. The afternoon tea package with champagne was excellent value compared to other options we looked at and was delicious!

The service and the atmosphere was great, I would just prefer a greater choice of teas.
