Nest at Bartle Hall Hotel is set in 16 acres of picturesque Lancashire countryside. Lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are served using seasonal produce, in a venue that is both sophisticated and relaxed.

Winner of a Taste Lancashire Award, The Nest Restaurant menu is packed with rich British and European flavours. Using only the best local ingredients, lunch favourites include Penny’s farmhouse sausages and mash and breaded fillet of plaice with skinny fries. For dinner, sample the likes of cannon of Beef matured for 28 days, or Neves sea trout with Lytham brown shrimps. From in-house pastry chef Ruth Burgess, desserts include bread and butter pudding with honey roast figs and Earl Grey.

From Monday to Thursday a relaxed afternoon tea is served at Bartle Hall. Quintessentially English, traditional fare is joined can be enjoyed with a delicious summer Pimm's.

Nest at Bartle Hall is situated between its neighbouring towns of Preston and Blackpool. It is easily accessible from the M6 and M55 motorways, making it the perfect spot to drop in for easy-eating mid-week dining.

    Excellent service from start to finish. We both enjoyed the menu pleasantly full after eating everything. Difficult to choose a favorite as each element matched the previous part of the Winter Afternoon Tea.

    Had a lovely afternoon tea. The hotel is in a wonderful setting. The reception and staff couldn't do enough for you and made the whole experience more enjoyable.
