Praised by top critics including Jay Rayner and Grace Dent, Native in London Bridge pairs innovative cooking techniques with a passion for produce, creating a menu of flavour-rich, seasonal dishes. Served in charmingly laidback surrounds, dishes are packed with the country's best wild food that is native to the UK.

From a River Cottage-trained chef, the Native menu showcases natural, foraged and seasonal ingredients. Dishes evolve with the seasons, but starters may include the likes of wild rabbit and prune pastilla with pickled walnut salad, or smoked pollock croquettes with lovage mayo. For mains, discover dishes like venison rack with spiced cabbage and pommes boulangeres, or flame-grilled clams with ham hock broth and homemade sourdough.

Desserts at Native are no less inventive. Joining a classic English cheese board are twists on favourites, such as pain perdu with basil and lemon curd ice cream.

Native restaurant in London is a 2-minute walk from London Bridge Station.

I eat with you every time I am in London-your food is innovative and tasty along with superb original vegetarian options. The wine list is exceptional supporting many English options with good selection by the glass. The vadouvan carrots is the best thing I have tasted this year

Innovative, tasty, beautifully presented, friendly service, pleasant minimalist decor. I would thoroughly recommend it. Only negative was the espresso was very watery

This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The tasting menu is to die for and the staff were second to none. An incredibly relaxed atmosphere made for a splendid evening and would strongly recommend you to go. Already can't wait for my next meal there!

Thank you for the beautiful meal on Friday. Sadly we never made it to the previous location at Covent Garden, but this one in Southwark is a wonderful place with excellent food. The people who work there are clearly passionate about the place and that is reflected in the quality of the menu and the that are dishes on offer.

The food was absolutely delicious although sadly we did not have enough time to sample more of it as we were rushing en route to the theatre. But had we had more time, it is a place to relax and savour each mouthful.
The new site in Southwark works perfectly and has been decorated in line with their ethos of naturally, locally sourced ingredients.

Have been a number of times. Food consistently good. well chosen English wine. The greenery looked sad this time so needs some revamping

Service was a bit slow at times, menu was a bit wintery instead of spring like. Good was nice, however, felt it was a bit of style over substance

We had the Forest dish (Venison) which was delicious along with the tuscan wine. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and the processes in the kitchen which was a nice touch. We finished the meal off with a fir tree cake which was delicious and a definite highlight.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to go on a date or catch up with a close friend.

Stunning dishes, meticulously crafted and beautifully presented! Quite rich overall but delicious none-the-less. The ambiance was a little stark and quiet, could have done with some louder music, but great service made up for it. Highly recommended
