Seasonal dishes include aged beef fillet tartar with English wasabi and cured egg yolk, or the Mr Cooper’s aged limousine burger with charcoal mayonnaise, smoked Applewood and skin-on chips. For dessert, try the espresso martini chocolate delice with hazelnut ice cream.

Delivering world class service, the award-winning bar is known for its classic cocktails and outstanding presentation. Boasting a wide range of spirits, beers and juices, the impressive drinks list can be enjoyed in the lush garden, the library or the study’s leather booths.

Excellent service and atmosphere. I had the beef cheek and I'm afraid it didn't last very long on my plate, simply delicious! Also, there was a drunk man who came to bother us at our table, he was quickly escorted away by the staff. And finally, a member of our party left her umbrella and we received a call to say it was with the concierge, we all felt like valued customers! Thank you!

Great food and great service. One of the wait staff was a little inexperienced and needed a bit more polish, but generally excellent.

My Sea bream was delicious and perfectly cooked, My salmon starter was OK - but perhaps a little unexciting. The service was truly excellent.

Lovely restaurant, friendly staff, beautifully presented dishes and good value spa menu for guests of the Midland spa. Drinks menu quite expensive but to be expected from the location.

The restaurant itself was nice and a nice atmosphere but I was dissatisfied with the food. My sister and I had the roast beef, the vegetables were very nice but the roast beef was very tough, a little cold and not flavoursome, I did expect a much higher standard from a restaurant at the Midland. I mentioned this to the waiter and he said he would feed it back to the chef.

Despite them being short staffed due to sickness, we were still treated to friendly, professional and efficient service, it is always a pleasure to dine at Mr Coopers.
