This was one of the best restaurants we have been to. Firstly, the location is amazing with uninterrupted views of Menton. The restaurant is well set out and very modern. The staff are very professional but friendly and attentive. The wife of the chef serves the oil with the bread which are both made on the premises. We bought some to take home with us.The bread is served with a poem, again a lovely touch to make the experience memorable. We had the Signature menu and there was not one course that disappointed.it was the freshness of the ingredients and the way the flavours married together which made the food very special. The chef was downstairs as we left and it was great to be able to thank him and the staff for a wonderful experience. There is no doubt we will be back,

Very warm welcom despite arriving early. Excellent canapés, surprised they did not stock tomato juice. Champagne by the glass excellent. Beautiful views from the table, efficient service thorough out. Wine pairing very good value and described in detail. All dishes presented very well, correct temperature and seasoning. Quality ingredients always evident. Only disappointment was the fish course (Grouper) very dry, over cooked. Good atmosphere in restaurant.

The food,wine and service were absolutely fantastic. We have eaten here several times and this was the best ever. The chef has further refined every part of the dining experience .

Nous avons passé un excellent moment , avec des goûts , des saveurs variés ! Un pigeon de grande classe ! Et l'accord mets et vins était exceptionnel !

C'est une table exceptionnelle. Chaque plat est une aventure gustative, une découverte. Malgré des associations parfois complexes, chaque goût originel reste présent et authentique. La créativité du chef est sans limite.
Je conseille l'association mets/vin.

Menu signature en 8 plats. Menu délicieux plein de saveurs originales avec la belle identité du chef un voyage gustatif extraordinaire. Une magnifique langouste nous a été proposée en sus , dommage que le menu n'ait pas alors été adapté en quantité pour nous permettre de véritablement profiter de ce repas d'exception cette table demeure un excellent choix

It was excellent. The food was imaginative and the differing flavours in so many of the courses worked brilliantly. We took advantage of the wine pairing which contributed significantly to the dining experience. It was our first time and as we were a late booking and the restaurant was full we were given a table at the back of the dining room. The tables near the front had fabulous views of Menton so do be sure to book a table near the windows.
