Miramar offers Mediterranean cuisine and signature dishes which use only the best quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients. Its gifted chef, Joan Samarini, combines classic Mediterranean cooking with cutting edge flavours. The freshest fish and high quality meats are the foundation of his carefully designed menu. Gourmet desserts and a fine wine list complement the cooking. The carefully chosen wines come from Mallorca and mainland Spain, as well as Cavas and Champagnes. The restaurant, which is part of the Hotel Miramar, is decorated in a warm and elegant, typically Mallorcan style. The restaurant’s terrace overlooks the sea on the esplanade. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed and very friendly.
