The Mirabelle was much more intimate than the larger Garden Restaurant. The staff were pleasant, relaxed and knew the job they had to do.

Excellent as ever. The newish décor is classy and the food first class. Attention to detail by Benjamin and his team is excellent.

My Wife and I stayed at the Grand Hotel for the weekend and dined in the Mirabelle one evening! We had the five course taster menu with wine!......awesome, the food was excellent and the wine was superb and complemented the dishes perfectly.
A great experience all round!!! Can’t wait to go back..

We had a really great meal. I particularly loved the individual vegetarian menu prepared for me. I loved the pepper ice cream with orange and coconut.

Beautiful food, lovely service, if a little slow between courses - but we had the table as long as we wanted. We savoured every gorgeous mouthful. We go for the set lunch every time one of has a birthday, and it's a lovely experience, right from the moment we arrive at the hotel entrance and the uniformed greeter offers to park our car for us. The starters were light, tasty and elegant, the salt-marsh lamb and its jus were succulent and melt-in-the-mouth, and the vegetables perfect. My lavender crème brulèe a little disappointingly heavy in texture, but I could not bring myself to complain about it. My Cabernet Sauvignon Rothschild glass of wine was just beautiful. As usual the head waiter was charming and attentive. It's a treat to go there.

Good food. Lovely atmosphere and service. The only slightly adverse comment that I had was that the pork was a little tough. My mother loved the fish and they were so kind to us.
