The Miller & Carter menu is led by hand-cut, 30-day aged steaks, all carefully sourced from sustainable British & Irish farms, and expertly cooked. Favourite cuts span from a deliciously tender grass-fed Ribeye, aged for 50 days for a rich, buttery flavour, to a luxurious sharing chateaubriand. Other Miller & Carter signature dishes include smoky barbecue ribs with seasoned fries & dressed slaw, and a pork fillet wrapped in bacon with apple 3 ways served with dauphinoise potato, green beans and roasted Mediterranean-style vegetables.
To finish, sweet indulgences include chocolate hazelnut bomb, an indulgent, rich chocolate ganache encased in toasted hazelnuts and chocolate nibs, served with pecan praline ice cream and zesty orange curd. The Miller & Carter cellar is brimming with drinks designed to complement the menu, including chilled draught and bottled beers, crafted cocktails and an impressive wine list of rich reds and sparkling wines.

My husband and I attended one of your restaurants on Saturday 1st February 2020, this was recommended to us by our son, he will be 21 in March 2020 and asked if he could have his birthday meal here, my husband and I said we would go and have a meal there to see what it was like. I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed we were with the food. Our waiter for the evening was Steve and I applauded him for his impeccable manners - one word outstanding. After waiting 45 minutes for our food we was hoping that with the amount of time it took that the food would be as outstanding as the our waiter. We explained that the food was not very good, I had the barbecued glazed chicken this was wafer thin very very dry and burnt around the edges, the bacon on the top was like chewing an elastic band, the onion loaf was nice but very greasy which repeated on me all night. My husband ordered the 16oz ribeye - now I know that ribeye comes with fat on it but not gristle And there was quite a bit of gristle on this particular piece, he ordered medium to well done the first cut of the ribeye, blood was everywhere and it proceeded to get worse the more more he cut it, so in the end it was practically raw, my husband couldn’t eat it, when we showed the gristle and the raw ribeye and then explained this to Steve he was very apologetic and said he would speak with the manager to see what they could do - my husband said to be honest I just want the bill and want to go home, Steve said I’m so sorry please give us another chance and in future if anything like this happens again let us know and we can refire this. Steve came back with the bill and had taken the price of my husbands meal off it, which was very kind and thoughtful. My husband had a dreadful nights sleep as he was up being sick 3 times in the night At the start of the evening I asked the front of house staff what was the maximum amount of people you could cater for on a Saturday evening as I needed seating for around

Dinning experience amazing, our last visit was in 2018. I booked online just minutes before we arrived at the restaurant and were directed to our table minutes after our arrivial. The Restaurant had a homely atmosphere and warm, decorated in the festive season. The Waitress was very friendly and adhered to our every needs, the food was very flavoursome, served hot, the portions were a good size and good value for money. The only let down and disappointment was the paper tissues/napkins, this restaurant is part of "Miller & Carter" chain well known for high standards and good quality food, so the napkins didn't match.

All 3 of us were delighted with the restaurant and the meal. The waitress Amanda was excellent.
24 November 2019
Really dark entrance way and car park with what looked very much like a drug deal going on in car park as we left. Shown to table and served quickly but being asked for choice of all 3 courses at once makes you feel a little rushed. Starters and steak were lovely but chips may have been sitting for a while and were very dry and tasteless. Salad was lovely and fresh. Eton Mess pudding was far too sickly and sweet for such a big portion and I left half even though I have a really sweet tooth.

My husband & I booked a table for 4 of us. My best friend & her husband. It was their first visit, we had been telling them how wonderful the food & atmosphere was. Thankfully we weren’t disappointed, the food was amazing & the service was brilliant. We had a waitress named Amanda, nothing was too much trouble for her! We will all definitely be back!
