Serving up succulent grill delicacies for the whole family, Miller & Carter Heaton Chapel is a smart steakhouse filled with classic style and a laid-back ambience. Along with the line-up of premium steaks and grill recipes, there is a polished wine list and selection of traditional cocktails.
The Miller & Carter menu is led by hand-cut, 30-day aged steaks, all carefully sourced from sustainable British & Irish farms, and expertly cooked. Favourite cuts span from a deliciously tender grass-fed Ribeye, aged for 50 days for a rich, buttery flavour, to a luxurious sharing chateaubriand. Other Miller & Carter signature dishes include smoky barbecue ribs with seasoned fries & dressed slaw, and a pork fillet wrapped in bacon with apple 3 ways served with dauphinoise potato, green beans and roasted Mediterranean-style vegetables.
To finish, sweet indulgences include chocolate hazelnut bomb, an indulgent, rich chocolate ganache encased in toasted hazelnuts and chocolate nibs, served with pecan praline ice cream and zesty orange curd. The Miller & Carter cellar is brimming with drinks designed to complement the menu, including chilled draught and bottled beers, crafted cocktails and an impressive wine list of rich reds and sparkling wines.

Easy to book a table. Sat down on time. Service by Nicole was excellent, very conscientious and attentive, especially with my grandson’s allergies. Food was excellent too. Highly recommend and will return

Booking was nice and easy. Staff straight away seemed a little stressed, but that’s ok, they were working very hard. Unfortunately, I found the food to be atrocious. First of all I asked for olives whilst waiting for the meal, they never came. Then they brought out a ‘salad’, which was literally a quarter of a lettuce in a bowl, covered in blue cheese sauce. Yuk. For the prices on the menu, a slice of tomato wouldn’t have gone a miss. Next dish to arrive, a 10oz Black Angus steak, as I recall, costing £25. It was served with some sort of onion bhaji, and some loaded fries. Loaded as in a t spoon of something dolloped on top. The steak was very dry, and resembled chewing on a cushion, or so I should imagine. There was also more fat than meat. Overall, I paid more than £120 for 3 people, and could have eaten better food In Wetherspoons. Please bring back the carvery!

I think it's very overpriced..we done out at Restaurants 4 times a month. The steak was very small. The service took to long for our order & meal arriving

This was our first visit to the restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised with the layout, comfortable chairs and attention by the staff. The menu was mainly meat, but other tastes were catered for, including Gluten free. I had a rump steak which was cooked to perfection and was very tender. Overall this was a good experience and I will visit again
