Showcasing the finest British and Irish steaks, Miller & Carter Aylesbury is a plush, laid-back steakhouse filled with leather furnishings, a welcoming ambience, and with covered al fresco seating to enjoy a glass of wine from the well-stocked cellar.

The Miller & Carter menu is led by hand-cut, 30-day aged steaks, all carefully sourced from sustainable British & Irish farms, and expertly cooked. Favourite cuts span from a deliciously tender grain-fed sirloin, aged for 50 days for a rich, buttery flavour, to a luxurious sharing chateaubriand. Other Miller & Carter signature dishes include smoky barbecue ribs with seasoned fries & dressed slaw, and lemon & rosemary lamb rump served with dauphinoise potatoes, sautéed exotic mushrooms & tenderstem broccoli.

To finish, sweet indulgences include Miller’s chocolate orange: a shimmering golden globe with ganache and orange toffee. The cellar at Miller & Carter in Aylesbury is brimming with drinks designed to complement the menu, including chilled draught and bottled beers, crafted cocktails and an impressive wine list of rich reds and sparkling wines.

Serving luxurious British flavours in a classically stylish setting, Miller & Carter Aylesbury is a 2-minute walk away from Aylesbury Vale Parkway Rail Station.

looking at the website, it looked impressive and was looking forward to going. The website alerted me to the Dress Code, tried many times to call the restaurant, left my name and number, nobody returned my call, disappointing.
The food was average, portion size was small, it would have been great if there was colouring pencils and books for my grandchildren.

I would like to see more traditional wines on the list- French, Italian etc, rather than so many New World choices.

Waited 35 minutes for main and both steaks were overcooked.

I precooked - well in advance so had hoped for a better table. We were in front of the double doors and that coupled with the low heating in the restaurant left us eating with our coats on. We also waited to long to get our drinks and then everything else seemed to follow to quickly.
However can't fault the food. My seabass was the best I have ever had. My son's ribeye was tasty and tender and although not as good as te rib eye my husband was happy with his rump. The starters were also tasty. This was for my husbands birthday celebration and we would definitely go again.
