First time at Mews and was not sure what to expect. We arrived a little early but they were able to seat us right away. The service was attentive without being overly intrusive. I would suggest a side with the main as whilst the main (I had the sole) was very nice and had a garnish with it I personally needed a few carbs. They do tell you that they have a two hour turn around on the table but we did not feel rushed at all as more people arrived throughout the evening. The quality of food was very good and I would definitely go back. I liked the fact that the restaurant was not to loud so you are able to have a conversation without shouting at each other. The only negative I can say about my experience at Mews was the fact that whilst we were finishing our drinks a person who must be know to the resturant came up, with his dog!!! Now whilst I have nothing against dogs there is a time and place and I don't think a Resturant is the place. More over a couple of members of staff felt the need to pat said dog and then go back to serving food, not ideal for those handling food? All in all I enjoyed Mews and will look to go back.
