Food was delicious! Service was attentive but not overwhelming. Our first bottle of wine was 'corked' and our waiter changed it without an issue.

A big hit with the Guardian, Menier Chocolate Factory showcases gourmet European dishes in a ‘seductively cool and atmospheric’ setting. Housed in a converted former factory, this theatre-cum-restaurant and bar maintains its edgy industrial vibe.

From casual daytime snacks through to refined chef’s recipes, the Menier menu offers a diverse selection. Alongside sumptuous sharing platters piled high with fresh, natural produce, Menier restaurant favourites include chicken supreme with polenta chips & roasted peppers, or the hand-pressed signature burger with all the trimmings.

Paying tribute to its cocoa-based origins, decadent chocolate desserts at Menier include the famous chocolate platter, or gooey brownie with rich chocolate sauce. An accomplished wine list and chilled international beers complement the award-winning food at Menier in London.

One of London’s most eclectic and arty restaurants, Menier features on-trend reclaimed décor, including timber beams, bare brickwork and exposed pipes. London Bridge stations are a 6-minute walk away.

Willing service held back by the slow kitchen. We waited too long for food which was just adequate.

Service was ok and it wasn't expensive but the food was overall a bit bland and average at best so I wouldn't really go back there

The special themed lunch menu was excellent value. Mushrooms with taleggio full of flavour; great texture. Generous portion of pot roast which tasted of beef with creamy mash and plenty of gravy; Boston cream pie light. Super. My adult son was initially surprised by the smoked sausages texture - “more like frankfurter” - but loved them and eat both. Loved the dessert of sticky toffee pudding -“dark, rich and treacly”.

Simple but tasty menu. Excellent service without being fussy. Lovely atmosphere. Excellent ‘house white’. Great value

We've eaten here may times and it is always great. Everything we have tasted on the menu is always delicious, and although it can be a rush to get everyone's bill paid before the show starts, they always manage it. The house burgers are a particular favourite.

I love this restaurant for a pre show meal. The set menu is always show themed, good value and well prepared and the service excellent.

Although the restaurant is convenient if you are attending the theatre, the food and service can be a bit hit and miss. On this occasion, the clam chowder, which was on the pre-theatre menu was luke warm and more of a potato soup than a chowder. The pot roast beef was better, hot and tasty.
