From the moment I stepped into the restaurant I felt valued. My partner and I had never been before but will surely be going back. Our coat were taken and were seated promptly. Our waiter continued to check up on us, poured our beverages for us and was very kind. The food was impeccable, and the decor was roomy but elegant. I truly enjoyed the experience. No faults to be made.

The worst Gordon Ramsay restaurant ever!!! Been to GR restaurants around the world and it's a shame that this location is where he hails from, and oh service is so bad wait staff was rude and very discriminating

Maze Grill is good but fell a bit short of the very best in this class during our visit. The negative points we noted were: Service a bit slow, cooking of the steaks was variable (mine was spot on but table next to us nearly sent one of theirs back) and toilets were messy. Having said that I think I'd still go bak but will not be my first choice for a good steak in London.

Good starters and desserts but the steak and chips were surprisingly under seasoned, and chips weren't very crisp either. Good service throughout although sometimes slow.

Such a great deal because the food was very good. I had a steak and the meat was of very good quality and it was the perfect size. The desserts were delicious too. The wine list only seemed to have expensive wines on it so check first to make sure the drinks are affordable for yourselves but otherwise I had a wonderful time with my parents!

We went for steak and steak we had - a couple of 28 day grass fed rib-eyes and a USDA Grade A corn fed rib-eye. Immaculately cooked and rested steaks came to table on platters: interestingly, our corn fed was - to the tastebuds of the eater - not as delicious as the less expensive grass fed. But that's what makes choosing your meat here so interesting. The mash with bone marrow put our guest into ecstasies, tho' I preferred my butter lettuce salad. We started with a mixed sushi platter and a perfect burrata; and drank a reasonable (for this pricey wine list) St Chinian, which made a splendid partner. Puddings were beyond us but the bread is first class and a request for gluten free was met without problem. The staff were charming and hospitable on a busy night.
