We went for Sunday lunch, we had to book a later table (16:00) then we would wanted to. We did all notice that it was quite clear that it was coming to the end of service, I have been before for an evening meal and on this occasion the service was quite a bit slower then I experienced on my last visit. Nevertheless, the food was delicious, the waiters and hostess were all very friendly and we all enjoyed yourselves. The 24hr slow roasted sirloin was a delight to eat! Beautiful flavour!

Great courtyard on a nice day, food standard is excellent, well priced for the standard of food. Beef fillet was great, As was the tuna tartare. Braided onion was nice but not up to the standards of the rest of the menu. We will go again and have already recommended to friends

The fondant potatoe with parmesan custard and truffle was to die for. Would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed a fantastic Sunday lunch at the Foundry last weekend. The selection of starters presented the opportunity to taste smoked eel for the first time, delicious served with celeriac remoulade. Our party of four all chose the special which was lamb with minted gravy accompanied by a generous selection of vegetables, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding, all extremely delicious. The service was efficient and friendly, we all felt safe in the newly configured dining surroundings, the chance to have coffee outside on the terrace was a bonus thanks to the sunshine on the day we visited.

Fantastic food, service and thoroughly enjoyed our first meal out since lockdown

Nice food. Beware tiny portions. Some irritating details like the sharing plates that come with 3 items, for a table of 2. Absolutely no carbs on the menu, so this is one for the meat fans. Expect to get chips on the way home. Dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine was £140 so it's not a cheap place.

Excellent feel, excellent terrace, great food and staff that were happy to enter in to banter and were very helpful throughout our meal.

Lovely looking restaurant with warm welcoming staff and mostly very good, flavoursome cooking. Went for Sunday lunch this time and the food, whilst nice, disappointed a little since both the pork and the chicken were a tad dry and everything was just, nice. Bit harsh potentially, but I've eaten here before and this just fell short for me. Also frustrating to see custom made face-masks all worm around the neck and not covering the mouth and nose.
Sunday lunch from £19.95 per person
