That was the worst dining experience we have ever had to start with we were left at the front desk while the waiter was on the computer. Left for an age to see if we wanted a drink, then when she came over she did not know what drinks they had so she had to go back the bar and ask, by this time we had been in the restaurant for 30 mins still no drink. The starter came out, avocado and crab it said, what it did not say was the crab was a purée, a very watered purée, I may I add, it came along with bread and butter the dish was shocking. Then back to the drinks, not once did the service come back to the table to ask us did we need refreshments and the took an age to get to us. The waiter brought out 3 plates for the starter 1 each and the oyster plate which all three did not fit on the table so she just plonked it down in the middle, it was actually balancing on our two starter plate, she just said “oh well” and walked away. Then the main course came we ordered the steak it came with chips onion rings. The chips were still green and under cooked, the steak was so fatty the best part was the sauces. They did not even provide steak knives only for us pre ordering our deserts we would have just left. The desserts come out I ordered the cheese board it said accompanied with crackers no crackers turned up ???? Even on the way out we said thank you and goodnight which was ignored by staff. Overall the staff were so under trained and under prepared, they smashed 3 plates around the restaurant while we was there the atmosphere and music choices for a valentine meal was shocking the waiters did not know how to conduct a service SHOCKING For the price £115 it was shocking Marco Pierre white should be ashamed to put his name to this only for being out with my wife I would have complained at the time

This restaurant is over hyped, the food was expensive, and very underwhelming The restaurant manger, couldn't even be bothered to come over himself to deal with the complaint of a cold lobster (freezing)

First time visit. Service was excellent and staff were very polite and professional. Food was excellent, quails eggs to start followed by a fillet steak cooked to perfection.

The overall experience was very good - we ate there twice and found the staff really helpful and friendly and the food very good. Unfortunately we found the menu selection limiting and on both occasions one of us chose a starter from the set menu and a main from the a l carte. It seems the accounting system finds that difficult to manage. On both visits we took advantage of the wine offer (buy two glasses and the bottle is on us). However, our first visit cost us £60+ and the second £80+! Same bread, wine, one £25 two course offer and one a la carte starter (soup) plus one main from the set menu. On this occasion the offer main was the steak night offer for which we were fully charged - without any 'free glass of wine' . Needs sorting out.
